Parenting Highly Sensitive Children Online Workshop
Join Cindy Goldhawk an Occupational Therapist and Mental Health Therapist to unpack how to parent a highly sensitive child. Parenting, a highly sensitive child is exhausting and frustrating, constantly surveying situations, and wondering whether your child will be able to cope and then dealing with the fallout of meltdowns and sensory overload. Come learn the science behind sensory overload, simple ways you can support your child’s sensitive nervous system, and tools to make everyday tasks more manageable. Build their emotion and sensory awareness as they age so they can have their own toolbox of self-regulation skills.

•The importance of self-care for parents
•Building self regulation and self advocacy in children as they age
